  Dr. Rodriguez is absolutely the best. He is very kind to pets and very personable. He never rushes you and you can ask him lots of questions. He is very caring and gives you multiple options for treatment. He definitely doesn't try to just sell you a service. He gives his recommendation with your pet's best interest in mind.
  Crystal is a great receptionist there too. She's very nice and takes care of you and is very sweet. Thank you Blue Cross animal hospital for your dedication and compassion.
