  FOR ANYONE WANTING TO WORK FOR ADMIN:
  
  If you decide to work for OPARC, don't work for admin, if you can't stand a self righteous, bougie ceo and VP of finance and administration.
  I only lasted 2 months because the ceo, Andrea is a rude, conceited, too good to talk to you person. She will only be sweet with who she wants. Every encounter I've had with her has been nothing but rude. I was the receptionist and my first week on the job, she very rudely told me "You're the receptionist! You're supposed to say hi to people! That's your job!" And walks away. She did not understand I was over whelmed with my new job that I did not see her walk by. Never once was I asked about how I liked my new position or anything from her. She has repeatedly ignored my good mornings and runs to my supervisor, cries wolf to her about me supposedly not saying good morning, maybe her age is wearing on her ears. She has also rolled her eyes at me. When telling my supervisor, after she yelled at me for the ceo's lies, about how I was being treated by said ceo, I was ignored. You would think Andrea was my supervisors child from how she believed anything she said, and never once was my side asked for. Several times I have caught Andrea glaring at me and giving me the up-down "mean girl" look.
  As for my supervisor, Soñia, she will talk and yell at you as if you were her child in a demeaning tone. You are not her equal. She is not professional, but is sweet as pie to people up by her position, but as for the girls that work for her, she's the opposite. She doesn't seem to understand how to be tactful. It's like walking on eggshells with her mood swings. For example, if she is calling and the receptionist is gone for the day, another girl is on lunch and one is in the bathroom and only one girl is left, she will take out her anger on whoever picks up and asks where everyone is as if our job description is baby sitting. As the receptionist, when I was being terminated, I was told 80% of my job was greeting people, this is ridiculous, as if everyone isn't stressed out enough, when you have several jobs during the week that have a deadline. It is not my fault if I am not liked for who knows what reason, some "girls" will simply not like you. I felt like I was in high school. I got along well with everyone else except Andrea and her chatty, shadow assistant. Who knows what was said but all I know is everything comes back to you. I was pretty much let go because I didn't say good morning to Andrea or her assistant how they wanted and for standing up for myself after I had enough of the harassment, but I was already on my way out, they did me a favor.
  All in all, if you stand up for yourself, you will get fired or end up quitting. If you have any type of backbone, don't work for admin. It doesn't matter if you do your job, if you're not liked, you will be fired. Someone tell Andrea and Soñia respect is a 2 way street. Did I forget to mention Soñia has put her hands on me? She obviously doesn't respect other people. I am not a problematic employee until I feel I am being disrespected and harassed repeatedly. Everyone has a breaking point.

  This careless Latin woman was driving erratically and irresponsible and almost on the 10 fwy close to white st. The #05 and the van plate # is 42630V1. She had numerous people aboard I think it's so irresponsible that you would employ these type of drivers. I work for social services and I will be reporting your driver and await further from your company to hand down severe punishmentioned for this act of disrespect
