  Management is terrible at this place. My refrigerator stopped working and when I called in a service order, Natasha told me they would be there that day since it was an urgent matter. I took time off work to be here because I had hundreds of dollars worth of groceries in here, but nobody showed up and there was no courtesy call to let me know what happened. I called back first thing in the morning and Natasha went on a technicality that she didn't "promise" that maintenance would be there on time. I was at a loss for words at this point. Never seen management so incompetent. No common sense. No wonder the staff changes every 4 months here. Don't lock yourself in a lease at this place. The neighborhood isn't safe like it looks like during the day. The management will give you migraines. You'll have your deliveries stolen from your doorstep. People leave trash outside and management doesn't care to clean up the broken tv's, mattresses, and garbage just laying outside for weeks. There are roaches and crickets everywhere. It's just headache after headache. The worst part is management doesn't care enough to improve.
