  This store is so messy and unorganized. The staff never knows what in store promotions are taking place, Signs are never posted up about sales. I always need to pull my phone to show them my email regarding in store sales. Poor management, Not enough communication between staff. Their inventory is always limited. The lines are always out the door. (This store is not a high volume store so I don't understand why) The sales associates at the register always give a hard times when stacking coupons/reward cards. I've been a card holder for 8 years and have spent enough money a year to keep my forever status and It seems they are way nicer to people without cards to get them to open an account than to those who have an active account, It's stores like this one that make it easier shopping online. Avoid the headache and visit another Victoria's Secret store in the area.
