  Tim Nelson is the manager there and hands down the worst employee I have ever inter interacted with in my 20 years of being with AT&T. Between him lying simply to get me out of the door and in turn costing me thousands per year his type of managerial Style isn't even fitting for a Banana Republic let alone AT&T. His actions alone have dissuaded my family from continuing to do business with AT&T.
